Shipping Delay Notice: Due to COVID-19, carriers across the nation are experiencing delays. Please note that there may be slight delays in receiving your order. If you need help tracking your package, reach out to support@homerapp.com.

What is HOMER doing to ensure the safety of its warehouse staff and customers? 

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers, we have been following recommendations from the CDC and have implemented the following: 

  • Handling packages/products with gloves. Gloves are provided for all warehouse employees. 
  • Mandatory warehouse facility cleaning and sanitizing twice a day. 
  • Employees keeping 6-feet distance at all times. 
  • Employees wearing masks at all times throughout their shifts.

Shipping & Delivery  

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible with the exception of United States and company holidays. We ship via USPS or FedEx from our warehouse in California on weekdays.

We offer free shipping on all orders sitewide. 

Delivery Outside the Continental U.S

Right now, we are not able to accommodate international shipping.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes

UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, please return your order within 60 days of its delivery for a full refund. To request a return, please send an e-mail to support@homerapp.com. We’re happy to help!


Original shipping charges are not refundable, except when the product purchased was damaged upon delivery or the incorrect item was sent. We will provide FREE pre-paid shipping labels for any items returned to our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and contact us immediately so we can remedy the issue and re-send you the merchandise. We don’t want to delay play!

This policy only applies to products purchased on shop.learnwithhomer.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.

Please allow 14 days for our warehouse to process your return. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirming your finalized return.
